We ship UPS and USPS Monday through Friday. Note that these carriers observe most national holidays which can affect shipping times.

Absolutely. We proudly serve the men and women sworn to protect our great nation and come from a long line of veterans ourselves so the military members are near and dear to our hearts (they are 100% heroes).

Coffee - Due to coffee's perishable nature we can’t accept returns on coffee. We do want you to be happy with your purchase however and if you have any issues with your coffee please contact us right away at supers@coffeencapes.com and our team will work with you to make it right.

Apparel & Mugs - We will gladly accept returns on defective or unused items. If your item arrives damaged simply send us a photo of the defective product so we can forward to our production department and make it right. All non-coffee items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days from date of purchase. Unused items may be returned for an exchange only.

We recommend storing your coffee in a dark, airtight container at room temperature. Don’t place it in your fridge or freezer.

When stored properly, ground coffee should stay fresh for up to 4 weeks, and whole beans in an airtight container should stay fresh for a month or more.

Yes. When we founded Coffee ‘n’ Capes, we wanted our organization to make a meaningful difference in the world. While none of us have superpowers (yet) we can still be heroes in our communities.

Coffee ‘n’ Capes started out as a podcast between two of our co-founders, Dave and John. They formed a strong bond over a mutual love for coffee, comics, and the community of geek culture they grew up in. The podcast talks about those things. It is light-hearted, fun, and can be found HERE on Spotify Podcasts. You can also find it on Itunes and YouTube (though Dave and John don’t know why anyone would want to watch them).

Fair Trade-certified coffee means that the coffee has been audited throughout the supply chain and meets certain sustainability and labor standards. While not all of our coffee’s are certified Fair Trade they are all ethically and carefully sourced to make sure the employees are treated fairly and paid a living wage.

Single-origin coffee is coffee grown within a single known geographic origin. Single-origins can offer unique characteristics and specific tastes when compared to blended coffees from multiple origins.

Blending coffee produces a well-rounded coffee because once other coffee origins are introduced, weaker areas of the base coffee are strengthened. Mixing various elements from different sources offers the ultimate complex and rare yet smooth flavor profile.

The Swiss Water Decaf Process is a decaffeination process in which coffee is decaffeinated using an environmentally friendly, chemical-free, 99.9% caffeine-free water process and all the while having great taste at the same time.
